She continues to tailor workouts to my goals and exercise preferences and helps me to look at my diet and what might be getting in the way of achieving healthy weight loss. She always motivates me during sessions and pushes me that little bit harder when I think I\u2019m done and the sense of achievement at the end is always worth it! Kayleigh is flexible and she always manages to fit me in for sessions around my ever changing family and work schedules. She is more than a PT, she is a friend who really cares about your goals and will work with you to get there no matter how frustrating the process may be! She makes each session fun and tailor makes each one to suit what you are trying to achieve. Since working with Kayleigh I have lost weight, toned up, got much stronger and made a new friend. She is flexible and the cost of the sessions are great value for money.
