What is Dumbbells and Ponytails?

Dumbbells and Ponytails offers affordable, fun, and effective fitness sessions in Birmingham led by Kayleigh a qualified personal trainer. I specialise in pre and postnatal fitness and also run mama & baby classes where you can work out and bond with your little one.

Who can join your classes?

Anyone is welcome! Whether you’re a new mum, expecting, or just looking to get stronger and more confident, there’s a class for you. I tailor every session to suit all fitness levels.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just a mat, some water, and a positive attitude! If it’s a mama & baby class, bring anything your baby might need (toys, blanket, etc.) it’s a relaxed, baby-friendly space.

How much do classes cost?

Each session is just £3, making it an affordable way to stay active and connected.

Where are the classes held?

All classes take place in Birmingham, Monday to Friday. Locations may vary, so it’s best to check the latest schedule or message me directly for details.

I’ve just had a baby when can I start exercising again?

Always check with your GP or midwife first. Once you’ve had your postnatal check (usually around 6–8 weeks postpartum) and been given the all-clear, you’re welcome to join!
